Intended learning outcomes

Anwendungen einschließlich ihrer Einschränkungen kennen; Fehlinterpretationen kennen und vermeiden. Zentrale Begriffe verstehen und die entsprechenden Methoden anwenden können. Rechenhilfsmittel wie Excel verwenden können.

Teaching methodology including the use of eLearning tools

Eigenaktivität – jede Woche sind 5 Beispiele zu bearbeiten. 

Zusätzlich zu den Übungen ist ein (freiwilliges) Tutorium (auch online) eingerichtet, in welchem Studierende Fragen zum Stoff stellen können.

Course content

In den Kursen werden Methoden der Statistik und Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung anhand von Beispielen, die eigenständig zu bearbeiten sind, vertieft.

Schulkenntnisse aus Differential- und Integralrechnung, Excel von Vorteil.

Sonstige Studienbehelfe

Die Vorlesung orientiert sich am Lehrbuch von Chr. Duller. Dazu gibt es auch im Moodle-Kurs pdf-Files der Autoren sowie Exzerpte des LV-Leiters. Der Moodle-Kurs ist für VO und die Übungen gemeinsam eingerichtet. Sie finden dort Unterlagen, Übungsblätter, Musterlösungen, Materialien, Musterklausuren, etc. In der Lernplattform besteht auch die Möglichkeit, zum Kurs Fragen zu stellen.

Zu wichtigen Begriffen und Verfahren werden zum eingehenderen Studium Excel-Files mit Berechnungen oder graphischen Veranschaulichungen und Animationen bereitgestellt.

Examination information

Im Fall von online durchgeführten Prüfungen sind die Standards zu beachten, die die technischen Geräte der Studierenden erfüllen müssen, um an diesen Prüfungen teilnehmen zu können.

Examination methodology

Vorrechnen von vorbereiteten Aufgaben an der Tafel 

Ohne Unterlagen, allenfalls unter  Zuhilfenahme des Laptops. Erklärung der Lösung, Einordnung der Berechnungen in die Begriffe der Vorlesung. Verwandte Probleme, Interpretation der Lösung.

Wöchentlich werden 5 Aufgaben gestellt, die zu bearbeiten sind. 

Klausur 23. Juni, 18-20 Uhr, HS A

Mit ähnlichen Aufgaben wie in den Übungen. Bearbeiten der Aufgaben mit Unterlagen und Laptop.

Examination topic(s)

Aktive Mitarbeit während des Semesters, 

Eine Klausur, Prüfungsdauer 2 Mal 45 Minuten. Termin:

  •   23. Juni, 18-20 Uhr, HS A

Rechnen von Beispielen ähnlich zu denen auf den Übungsblättern. Unterlagen von der Lernplattform und Laptop sind erlaubt.

Assessment criteria / Standards of assessment for examinations

Die Note setzt sich zusammen zu je 1/2 aus 

  • Klausur & 
  • Mitarbeit (Anwesenheit, Ankreuzen mind. 50% + Vorrechnen ohne Unterlagen) 

zusammen. Für ein positives Zeugnis

müssen alle Teile positiv sein.
