Intendierte Lernergebnisse

Students will have the opportunity to engage in frequent academic discussions. After conducting research on an approved topic, students will have the opportunity to conduct an interview and present their research and interview findings. Students will develop critical thinking skills and argumentation skills.

Inhalt/e

Students will research a topic within a framework set by the instructor, conduct an interview on the topic, and then present the results of the interview.

Students will also prepare for and engage in a debate on a topic agreed upon by the class.

Thematic classes will require students to read and watch course materials (available on Moodle) in order to inform critical, thoughtful debate.

Literatur

Materials will be provided on Moodle. Students are expected to print out any necessary materials from Moodle.

No textbook is required for this course.
