Intended learning outcomes

To convey the principles of Cross-Media management, to discuss central theories and models of Cross-Media management with a focus on New and Social Media, to practically apply the theoretical knowledge via case studies, this semester in cooperation with Kelag (www.kelag.at), a large energy provider in Carinthia.

Teaching methodology including the use of eLearning tools

Introduction to the principles of Cross-Media management and introduction to the conception of case studies, subsequently preparation and presentation of one case study with discussion

Course content

  • Principles of Cross-Media management
  • Cross-Media management basic conditions
  • Types of Cross-Media management
  • Theoretical approaches to Cross-Media management
  • Preparation and presentation of case studies
  • The case study will be carried out in cooperation with the energy provider Kelag (www.kelag.at)
