Inhalt/e

A comprehensive introduction to Human Resource Management for students who are new to the field, in terms of both academic research and practice. This course is broken down into three parts covering:

  • Strategic Issues in Human Resource Management,

The international dimension including cross-cultural working, diversity, equality and international business are considered throughout.

Practical learning features are included to help students develop skills they can apply to their course and in graduate employment.

International case studies covering emerging economies and specific ethical issues are included to broaden students´ learning.
