Intended learning outcomes
Anwendungen einschließlich ihrer Einschränkungen kennen, Fehlinterpretationen kennen und vermeiden. Zentrale Begriffe verstehen, die entsprechenden Methoden anwenden können. Rechenhilfsmittel wie Excel beherrschen und nutzbringend einsetzen können. Statistische Ergebnisse verständig lesen können, statistische Fragen im eigenen Fach erkennen und mit Experten austauschen können.
Teaching methodology including the use of eLearning tools
Blended Learning: Vortrag und Selbststudium aus Lehrbuch und Materialien. Zusätzlich zu den Übungen ist ein (freiwilliges) Tutorium (auch online) eingerichtet.
Course content
Grundlegende, elementare Methoden der Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung und Statistik. Daten erfassen und interpretieren. Daten modellieren mit Wahrscheinlichkeitsmodellen und interpretieren. Daten mit Wahrscheinlichkeitsmodellen bewerten.
