The objective of this course is to integrate the previously acquired theoretical knowledge on consumer behaviour into a practical and applicable marketing framework. After successful participation at this course, students should be able to: • apply the theoretical principles of consumer behaviour, as to understand the consumers' characteristics and motives, as well as their decision-making processes and resulting behaviour; • identify opportunities for changing consumer behavior by using a range of marketing tools and approaches; • implement the principles of business ethics and social responsibility in influencing consumer behavior; • develop a thorough understanding on differences and emerging similarities of consumer behaviour across Europe and their applicability in the marketing management context.Erwartete Vorkenntnisse
