LV-Beschreibung

Intendierte Lernergebnisse

The objective of this course is the critical reflection of different diversity management concepts as well as the opportunities, risks and challenges of diversity management for organizations. In doing so, the students deal in depth with essential concepts of diversity and work on current issues. They learn to critically discuss commonalities and differences between individual dimensions as well as intersectional perspectives, and to understand inclusion and exclusion processes abstracted from them. After completing the course, they will be able to reflect theoretically on their dimension-specific knowledge in the field of diversity management and anti-discrimination and apply it to different practical contexts.
