Intendierte Lernergebnisse
The goal of this course is to introduce students to using interviews and questionnaires for researching computer games. Using these methods we will explore children's gaming which is currently increasingly becoming the target of both the gaming industry and of advertising, often based on advanced methdos of data analytics.
The course can serve as a starting point to think about the topic and methods applied in the Master thesis.

Online lectures and discussions.
Individual and group work to gain first-hand experience in researching games and play.
eLearning tools for group work and exchange will be used.
