- Betrachtung der angewandten Betriebswirtschaft aus einem „anderen Blickwinkel“
- Grundbegriffe der Ethik
- Beschreibung ausgewählter ethischerTheorien als Basis für einen rationalen Zugang zur moralischen Urteilsbildung
- Diskussion ethischer Dilemmas
- Bedeutung von Emotionen und Intuitionen für die moralische Urteilsbildung
- Schnittstellen zwischen Unternehmensführung und Ethik
- Ursachen für unethisches Verhalten von "guten" Menschen (oder Managern)
- Ansatzpunkte zur Förderung ethischen Verhaltens in Unternehmen

- develop a greater awareness of the relevance of ethical issues in business and management
- better understand their own values and core beliefs
- have a greater awareness of ethically relevant issues in various situations
- be able to actively participate in discussions about business ethics issues
and - form their own opinions on issues relevant to business ethics

- Looking at applied business management from a "different angle"
- Basic concepts of ethics
- Description of selected ethical theories as a basis for a rational approach to moral judgment
- Discussion of ethical dilemmas
- Importance of emotions and intuitions for the formation of moral judgment
- Interfaces between business management and ethics
- Causes of unethical behavior by "good" people (or managers)
- Approaches to promote ethical behavior in companies
