Introduction to Semantics and Pragmatics
Short course description
This course aims to help students master the basic concepts in the field of semantics and pragmatics, but also help them develop basic skills in semantic analysis and argumentation. The first part introduces the nature of meaning, the dimensions of meaning and lexical relations. The second part focuses on utterances and speech acts.
