1. human psychology and behaviour, chiefly in the context of publi and private sector decision makers
2. the theory of games and their relevance in understanding interactions between economic and political agents
3. the technologies underlying digital currency (chiefly blockchain), the significane of digital curreny and other potential applications thereof

Course Information
Intended learning outcomes
The purpose of the course is to develop a deeper understanding of the problem how information and decisionmaking can often present as starkly incongrous in the world institutional decision making. We will then explore the theory of games to find responses to this problem space.

course assesment will be graded on three criteria:
1. submission of a practice essay and attendance of the resulting personal tutorial
2. in-class Participation and group presentations (contribution, engagement, performance)
3. Final essay to be submitted at the of the term
