Course Information

Intended learning outcomes

This Introduction to Business course aims to familiarize first-year students with the basic functions and areas of a company. The role of companies in the face of current trends such as digitization and sustainability is also discussed. The company is seen as part of a broad ecosystem that includes not only the economy, but also society, education, politics, nature and technology.

Teaching methodology including the use of eLearning tools

Interactive lecture - the lecture parts are supplemented with question and reflection units.
