Intendierte Lernergebnisse
The focus is on programs aiming for language education, which is mix of language- and socio-cultural learning. In a world increasingly shaped by globalisation processes, such a perspective involves new educational challenges which are intercultural, transcultural and cosmopolitan in orientation.
Lehrmethodik inkl. Einsatz von eLearning-Tools
Group discussion of selected materials, a written exam, and development of a written project to be presented either online or in class.
Inhalt/e
(1) Identity construction and language learning; (2) CLIL-teaching and inter/transcultural learning; (3) Helping language teachers/learners become (inter)cultural mediators; (4) Discussing different paradigms for cultural learning (e.g. inter- & transcultural learning); (5) Structuring experiential learning processes.
