Intended learning outcomes

Die Personalauswahl und Beurteilung ist eines der bedeutenden Beschäftigungsfelder im Personalwesen. Der Schwerpunkt dieser Lehrveranstaltung liegt auf der Besprechung unterschiedlicher Verfahren der Personalrekrutierung und des Personalauswahlprozesses. Dabei werden neben inhaltlichen und theoretischen Punkten auch methodische Probleme der Verfahren diskutiert. Um eine vertiefte Vorstellung verschiedener Verfahren zu erlangen, werden praktische Übungen durchgeführt.
