Course content
Current topics in Human Computer Interaction according to the themes of the ongoing Master's projects and dissertation projects in the reseach group.
All Master’s and PhD students who work on their thesis project in our research group regularly meet in a rather informal setting in our Privatissimum / research seminar. Next to the individual guidance from the thesis supervisor, this seminar is a great opportunity to discuss your project and to receive input and feedback from more persons. The seminar gives you the opportunity to practice your presentation and argumentation skills as well as to get to know what your fellow students are working on and the methods they employ.
The seminar also serves to pass on experiences and knowledge among the participants and to jointly find and discuss answers and solutions to questions and problems related to the ongoing projects.
For the presentation occasions we ask participants to provide an overview of the project, to report on the current progress, and to prepare a presentation about any aspecs of the project that needs to be thematized and discuss in more detail.
