To understand and develop a digital IT Strategy for specific domains  (Startup, SME, Enterprise)

Lehrmethodik inkl. Einsatz von eLearning-Tools

A combination of theory with small case studies, lecturing, discussions and a workshop part where students have to develop their own Digital / IT strategy as a team.  A must have in every CV.

  • Strategic IT Management, 
  • IT Strategy Development in 7 steps and
