Late service binding and service re-binding react to run-time contingencies of service executions for securing promised Qualities of Service in a web service composition. In particular, for satisfying temporal requirements web service designers have to cope with possible imponderabilities of external service invocations leading to pessimistic schedules. We propose a novel solution for the dynamic binding of services in presence of temporal constraints, which guarantees the dynamic controllability of a web service composition and aims at achieving higher Qualities of Service for instances which are ahead of schedule.
