Research on planar millimeter-wave electromagnetic lens arrays key technologies for efficient communication and accurate positioning applications
Beschreibung:

The development of mm-wave planar EM lens arrays have important applications in next generation communication standards.  Although positioning based on angle-of-arrival (AoA) estimation is one of the key technology for giving rise to important promising applications such as autonomous vehicles, simultaneous wireless information and power transfer, etc., EM lens assisted AoA estimation algorithms are still under development and has not yet considered practical aspects such as planar EM lens non-ideal behavior and experimental analysis. The Partners propose a new methodology for the development and experimental analysis of mm-wave planar EM lens arrays for positioning through AoA estimation.

The project is founded by the Sichuan Provincial Science and TechnologyPlanning Program. The coordinator is the University of Electronic Science and Technologyof China.
